welcome to @doiehyuns’s page! we are a photocard selling and trading account since 2020 based in Indonesia [southeast asia] but we open to worldwide! <3• things to note!
we would really appreciate if you have read all of our info to the end before contacting us. we prioritize people who messaged us include the requested info. if you don't meet these requirements, your DMs will be ignored.

General Info.

♡ handled by 2 admins, adora [white background] and syifa [black background]. our pronoun is they.

♡ we are only selling official photocards or merchandise. if you are doubt, it is better to not buy.

♡ dm replies and sends-out mails are slow since we are a college student. if we didn't reply to your dm within 24 hrs please do bump and do not spam!

♡ all pc sized are packed with a sleeve, toploader, and taped inside a card within an envelope. larger item will be sleeved and taped to cardboard.

♡ all updates for sale, GOs, etc. are posted on our story and added to our 'updates' highlight. please check this before messaging us.

♡ we always do group send outs on our story for stamped shipping and we always put your @ on the back of the envelope without asking. if you are not okay with it, please let us know before we pack.

♡ we only give you a reciept of the tracking number as a proof for tracked shipping.

♡ we are not and never be responsible for lost or damaged mail after send outs.

♡ we do not control shipping times. if your item taking months to arrive, don't blame us. we don't drive the items to your house.

♡ we've been doing this over years and know what we are doing. pls don't give us unsolicited advice.

♡ be nice towards each other. we would not be nice if you’re rude to us, we have the right to cancel the sale/trade if we feel uncomfortable.

INA Warehouse.

your warehouse (based in Jakarta). please read our shipping info before using our services.♡ we DO NOT provide Korean address warehouse.♡ warehouse fee is $1 per package and we provide a pic once the item arrives. we also provide vids if requested and no additional fee.♡ we accept albums, inclusions, clothes, stationery, and fanmade merch or any small & big items as long as we discuss it first.♡ we are not and never responsible for any damage or lost package.♡ you can combine your item and share our address with your friends to pile up your items in our address and ship it out at once to save and split the shipping fee but PLEASE CONFIRM TO US FIRST.♡ GOMs are welcomed, please state your country before you host the GO.

Payment Info.

♡ we accept payments using paypal f&f, wise transfer, and INA banks (BCA or seabank).♡ if you want to pay using wise, make sure we receive IDR instead of USD. for example, the price of the item is $15 and you will pay through wise which means you have to pay in IDR according to the daily exchange rate and this doesn't include wise fee.

♡ we don't and never will accept payments with venmo, cashapp, and CC! please do not ask this again or your dm will be deleted.♡ we accept payment plan for items above $150 but you have to make a down payment of 50% of the item price and non-refundable deposit. item will be up for sale again if you do not pay off within a month.

Shipping Info.

♡ please don't be rude about my shipping prices. our post office is very strict to worlwide shipping.♡ if you buy something over $70 we will only accept tracked shipping! we don't want your items to go untraceable and possibly get lost.♡ shipping fee list:

Sale Info

♡ all prices are in USD and not includes shipping! our pricing is mostly in low prices so do not ask for discount or special price unless stated otherwise.

♡ we provide video of the items with flash on and without our @ on the back and we do not provide individual proof for discount sale. do not buy from us if you are not okay with this.

♡ only accept paypal f&f (no gns) & wise transfer. indonesian can pay with local bank or e-wallet if requested and prices in IDR according to the daily usd exchange rate.

♡ once all information (videos and payment info) has been sent and questions answered, you will have 24 hours to make payment, otherwise your claim will be up for sale again or we will offer it to the next person unless we discuss terms for payment. we are open to hold but ask first.

♡ if you leave the dm on seen for more than 24 hours after the video is sent with no explanation, you will lose the claim and potentially be blocked for wasting our time.

♡ you are responsible to following the rules of the sale, please make sure to send screenshot of payment to dm when asked, otherwise we will assume you haven’t paid.

♡ we provide packaging proof for address confirmation. please format your address exactly the way you would want it to be written on the envelope and please includes your NAME too.
